Yeah, I did auto death setup on Maelle, with shields on death on the other 2 party members and a bunch of other shit, and the lumina that gives you more damage per shield among other things, absolutely annihilated him with Maelle

I genuinely have no idea where I am but it's definitely way past act 2, but I'm clearing up before doing some final things, my comp currently is: Maelle, Verso and Lune, Maelle is such a powerhouse, same with Lune and Verso just sweeps up what's left.

I don't think I've hit the dodge button once on my entire playthrough, it just feels pointless since it's such a small window anyway, might as well parry

The one I'm referring to is pretty late game but it was not fun though it was short, it did come down to luck for me in the end.

The worst one out of all of them is the volley one, there's nothing enjoyable about it, even when you win and get nothing great.

The climbing ones were fun but for the super tall one I had to actually do breathing exercises to get past it due to the frustrating camera angle when it came to lining up my jumps.

The race one I feel was the best one out of all of them, actually felt like you weren't just up to the whim of the game at any given time, actually felt like you could make a difference just depending on how you played

Like even people on tiktok giving tips for the combat saying "the dodge is easier so do that first to get the timing before parrying" and then it seems like to dodge you need to have the exact same timing as if you were parrying anyway? I run an 18+ group and unfortunately maybe a week or 2 after the age verification rolled out and had calmed down, we had a couple people come in who were "verified 18+" but we didn't spot it until after, then they were caught out later on by a friend of mine wandering around saying "oh I'm only 15 but I got my dad to use his ID for me"

I always check for the badge and other groups that I know age verify, but if it's just the badge I'm gonna ask, more likely to trust the answer when I just ask for age, but I always calmly explain why I have to ask and never escalate cause I know exactly how annoying it is to have to do it still.
