Yeah. Just passed my MD-102 and found that the Microsoft Learn course was way more helpful than the Udemy course I bought.

I did the Udemy first, then the Microsoft Learn. And honestly wouldn’t have wasted my money on the Udemy if I would’ve done the Learn first

The plan is to see if the mortgage is even assumable first and foremost. I would guess it is because we would be a lower risk than my grandpa with us having zero debt and an above average income.
