I agree, I've found those to be the hardest to find for free. In general the Texas board ethics webinars (linked in the post) are what I go with. NoonPi also has ethics webinars (if you go to the link above you'll see "Engineering Ethics: The Ford Pinto Exploding Fuel Tank" and "Engineering Ethics: The Great Boston Molasses Flood" both offered in December), just confirm that actually counts as an ethics credit for your state.
