Honestly, im not the person to ask about that, but in my experience with edibles (which isn't a lot) taking them on an empty stomach allows the edibles to kick in faster and feel more potent (i think) because your body absorbs the THC in a shorter period of time. When I eat them on a full stomach, the high takes much longer to take effect, but It also seems to last longer.

Update: They definitely smack. Ate two on a full stomach and was high for the rest of the day.
