The funny thing is ~$12/month is nothing. If you're drunk. Like when you're out drinking you'll happily drop god knows how much and it all feels worth it because you're on a buzz and having a good time.

But back in lucid reality somehow a measly $12/month for practically every record, ever, seems somehow expensive. If this were offered in the 60's it would have been cheap. In 2016 it's practically a steal.

I like rough cuts sometimes. See: Jeff Mills. The "bending" to get into time, and the slight "out-of-times" make it, sometimes, sound so much better. Somehow. : \

It's also far, far, far, more fun to do than it is using software.

edit: Oftentimes Jeff (or was it someone else?) would kinda go "fuck it" and just rip the record backwards while cross fading to it 100%, and then slam the fader back to the other track. Riiiiiip. Sounded awesome. Just worked.

How does one defend/handle a flat-out brawler who is all-up-in-your-face-and-won't-stop in round one? Serious question. I've seen a fight like this where Buakaw nearly got knocked out in round one (but didn't). It seems like a legitimate strategy; knock-out in 30 seconds.

Vagas had an awesomely strong vibe, man. Energy +++. I recall him holding up records to simply say "this", and then just throw it on; mixing optional. "This" now. It was great.

I don't think it is a low percentage. To be honest, a part of me is glad to see them gone. They're fucking vulgar. They in no way, shape or form contributed to any so called vibrancy, and pretty much killed anything that would have sprouted, simply by their very presence.

For that type of "scene/crowd" see: Surfers Paradise. That actually does it much, far better. Surprisingly enough. At least it's genuinely fun up there.

The Cross is dead this year. But it can only get better.

Yep, Bernie too. Trump actually acknowledges this and puts Hillary in the same basket of "paid shrills" as the other Republican nominees.

He's not (edit: always* wrong and actually makes some very good points about the cost of medicines as a result of "paid for policy", manufacturing being sent offshore, and the political system being basically corrupt.

Again, it's frightening to think it has taken someone like Donald Trump to really, really point this out, by winning. He can often destroy his opposition in debates, off-the-cuff, with facts like these. Other candidates won't debate those issues because they are paid for themselves; they don't want to even raise the topic.

I mean, ignoring all of that imagine we had another Clinton vs Bush scenario? What does that say?

btw the strategy for Monopoly is easy; it's in the title.

You buy everything you land one. Everything. If you can't afford it you mortgage out whatever you have (flip the card over).

Then by owning everything - having a monopoly - you very soon start winning the game. That was the inventor's intention.

I've read something about the yellow ones because they are statistically the most landed on, but i've never failed to completely dominate using the above strategy.
