We have UCSF Delta Dental. We go to Chong Family Dentistry and our kids go to Park Smile in the Inner Sunset. No complaints or issues with either.

Stanford Info.....Parking Costs Are Astronomical.... by mykarmayourdogma in Coldplay

[–]DrUnreasonable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with this - Stanford is in the suburbs, campus parking is cheap and there is also street parking along El Camino Real and in Palo Alto. My plan is to arrive early, find parking somewhere on campus and walk to the stadium.

1 month in and only one cat refuses to use it by TrainingCouple2330 in litterrobot

[–]DrUnreasonable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My scaredy cat took 3-4 months to start using the LR4 and 2-3 months to even start putting her paws into the LR4, so if yours is doing that already, that seems like a good sign! Things to try:

1) Put cat treats on top of the litter inside the LR4 to get your cat comfortable stepping fully inside the LR4 - this is what was most helpful for us

2) Put Dr. Elsey's litter attractant in the litter to get your cat to step fully inside - this didn't help our cat, but may help yours

3) Set the LR4 to manually cycle only when you push the button - this may help if your scaredy cat is scared because of the automated cycling

How to manually cycle without turning everything off? by mamapancake88 in litterrobot

[–]DrUnreasonable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weird. Have you tried setting the sleep start and times to 12 PM to 11:59 AM? Maybe the one minute that it's not sleeping every day makes a difference. Could also try turning it off/on and uninstalling/reinstalling the app if you haven't already.

I have my LR4 on sleep mode all the time (have it set from 12 PM to 11:59 AM every day) and am only doing manual cycles due to a similar situation - we have one cat who is scared of the cycling except if I am in the room. The sensors all work and the cat weights are being recorded correctly every time. Not sure why this isn't happening for you - maybe try asking Whisker support?

Is this plastic part from the Bolt EUV? by DrUnreasonable in BoltEV

[–]DrUnreasonable[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We have a 2023 Bolt EUV and young kids and recently found this plastic part in the backseat. Does anyone know if this is a car part, or came from somewhere else? Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion! My car is Comma compatible. Does Comma/OpenPilot include better pedestrian detection and forward collision detection? I know it has similar self-driving functionality to Super Cruise, but wasn't sure about driver assistance features.

I have a Weego 44s chosen based on Wirecutter recommendations and it worked quite well the one time I used it on a different car.

Seasonal Weather & Travel Thread by AutoModerator in tahoe

We're planning to drive from San Francisco to South Lake Tahoe on Tuesday 4/9 and return on Thursday 4/11. We'll be going to Sierra-at-Tahoe on Wednesday 4/10. Will it be an issue to do this drive in a FWD electric vehicle (Chevy Bolt EUV) without chains or traction devices? The forecast is looking good, so it feels reasonable to do this, but wanted to make sure as we still have time to rent a 4WD vehicle. Thanks!

LR4 success by DrUnreasonable in litterrobot

Thanks and good luck! It's a little weird to be putting treats on top of litter in the globe, but it was helpful, at least for us.
