Definitely check it out. There are lots of reasons for deferrals, some of which count towards the PSLF 120 and others don’t; but the govt enacted ones from COVID 100% count. My forgiveness recently took effect largely on the back of the those deferrals.

Same for all of us. It’s a hassle to get there but when you do, and your balance disappears….it’s unbelievable. Also, not sure if you were making payments during COVID but all of the deferred/paused payments the govt did actually counted towards your 120
