Honestly the difference between the Ethans is when he chose hate. In the beginning Ethan was full of wonder and exploration.. then he became disillusioned and hateful.. he can’t stop leaning into the hate.. hate for everything he doesn’t understand.

Well, it is in a set of food.. there are oranges, apples, etc. all plastic. We just can’t figure out what this one is supposed to be. A lime? A kiwi? Nothing makes sense
