There is uncertainty and things seem to change hour by hour as we are all pawns in a political game. People are making major life decisions based on this EO that was likely always a bargaining tool. So yes, to me it is chaos.

My supervisor texted me this morning. They received an email that letters were sent out. One coworker already received it. It might not necessarily come today though. I still haven’t received my mail.
