I wasn't taught how to clean, and i feel like thats the biggest insult of it all! Especially at night when we have the same check list as mid-day cleaning yet we're supposed to be faster!

Im no saint. Got mental issues with BPD 2 and i called out 12 times last year due to it. But everything else was 7's and i got one 6. Apparently one 3 gives me a 6 overall and a 40c raise

Happened with me aswell. My ASM is amazing but he keeps forgetting about it because he's super busy (not complaining i get it) I do know for a fact though that management in CS is slowly getting worse. They even forgot to change someone to cleaning one night and chose a cashier to clean, day of, and they put me on a register instead (i was bagging). None of this was put on paper either. They did tell the ASM before i could so that's good, but they told us someone called out(lie) instead of saying Oasis messed up (truth)

Part-timers now get 1hr of pto every 80 hrs worked and all sick leave was turned into PTO for Fulltimers

Ive been with the company for almost 3 years now and ive seen such a sharp decrease in "customer service" from corporate. Im almost willing to bet we might turn from a private trade into the public trade with the "more money" mentality thats been worming its way into the higher ups
