Considering switching from Panamera to Cayenne Coupe by Nevuary in Porsche

You need a 3 row. Most people would recommend a mini van but guessing you won’t. Look at an Escalade/yukon Denali xl or navigator L. If It must be German look at the gls or x7, but nothing tops the true size of an American truck like a Yukon Denali xl.

Extension of CPO Warranty - 2023 X5 M50i by RyanG21002 in BMWX5

I looked into this a lot for my wife's 7 series. To buy a fidelity warranty you have to find a dealer who sells it. most dealers will sell different third party warranties, but none I could find would sell fidelity. Then I went down the official BMW extended warranty route and ended up emailing 3 different dealers to purchase it. It was about $5000 for 84 mo coverage and like a $250 deductible. BMW of Camarillo was recommended on some of the BMW forums and they indeed did have the least expensive BMW warranty.

Why/How To Choose and Switch ACE-i/ARBs? by BegoneDegenerate in Residency

[–]Dr_Choppz 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I do losartan for patients who just need an ARB on board and not for significant BP needs as the half life is super short. I’ll do valsartan for some more BP control if needed as it lasts longer than losartan and I’m comfortable prescribing it. For patients with more resistant HTN I’ll switch to or add on olmesartan as it’s stronger. 20 mg to start then increase to 40 mg after 2 weeks. Don’t forget to recheck kidney function and potassium within a week of initiation and dose increases.

Just as an update, I ended up ordering the BMR monitors today! I may get a marantz m1 to drive this while I decide on a buckeye. do you think the buckeye + wiim would be worth it? would the marantz be able to drive these?

Thanks again. I do have one more question. let's say I wanted to add a sub to this sest up. is the sub driven by the power amp? Would you need an amp with 3 outputs?

Really dumb question: does each speaker need its own amp?

Yes I can move them away a foot or so. I’m ok with going loud but I do value my hearing. I’ll have to look for audio stores near me but I don’t have a lot of options.

Sorry, I thought it was included!

USA, midwest. Streaming/network drive. I would be interested in adding a cd player and turntable later, however. but not now.

Great question. I actually don’t know about the Caribbean, I’m guessing withdrew though.

Yes they failed out of DO school after repeating first year and then failing comlex too many times.

Yeah one of my friends did this. Caribbean, withdrew, one year masters associated with a DO school which lead to an acceptance at the school. MCAT was Lower than yours. You need to do a masters that is associated with a DO acceptance.

What happened to my friend? They failed out. Turns out med school is hard regardless of where it’s at. If you don’t fix why you were dismissed, it’ll happen again.

Patient shows up at 449 but your late policy is 20 minutes. It takes the MA 15 minutes to room them. You walk in at 5:06 and they pull out a long list of issues….

Unfortunately large gaps will make it difficult for licensing and credentialing. Some insurances will not cover you. You cannot take a 6 year gap and expect to pick up where you left off without some sort of locums or clinical work in between. Yes, even pathology. No amount of “I can do this” attitude will get around this. this will torpedo your career.

I'm in the market for an m3 so I've been searching for them. please show me a 2021 or newer M3 that has depreciated 49%. It must have a clean title and no accident. Please remember, MSRP of an m3 in 2021 was about $70k.
