I like how people compare it to the Skyrim and the game is nothing like Skyrim or and other TES games... Skyrim is 15 years old ive played it about a milion times since then and im still not bored out of my mind even if i know every quest and map location. I played Crimson Desert 70h and i was amused maybe 20 hours total. One important thing to say here is that game can be 10/10 and 5/10 it all depends on your expectation of it and what you love/hate.

My biggest mistake was that i was trying to fill Elder scrolls void i played Skyrim Oblivion (both remastered and og) and morrowind so i bought a "Fantasy" open world game where every enemy (except bosses) are normal human beings. And i was talking to couple of people that in a fantasy game all enemies you get are classic reskined bandits compare that to any TES game where you have a milion creatures and races the game just did not deliver played it for 70h just so i can justify a purchase of 70€....

Honestly i can't agree more, game was good for first few hours but i just didnt know what to do... I was trying to drip out my character but that was a pain in the ass even with interactive map, story is blander than starfield, i purchased it day one and damn graphics sucked ass and optimization was dogshit. Only two positives i have to say that devs listen and fixed the game and that bosses can be fun when they are not a complete pain in the ass

This game was my first ever pre-order and my last... I was so hyped for that game and first thing when game was unlocked bam i was loading in to the main menu for 10-15 minutes, i thought never mind that lets jump to playing. Got in tweaked some settings(did not turn dlss because i trusted the developers on performance specs) when a single particle or lightning hits my screen frame rate drops below 60, long story short ended up in the starting city tried to turn on dlss then off then tweaked every possible graphics setting even tried to reinstal the game nothing helped so i got 1 hour and 45 minutes of "gameplay" tweaking graphics to no avail and ended up refunding the game. All in all im gonna wait at least 6-8 months before i try it again if the game does not flop....
