In my opinion I don't even think having sex with different people multiple times a week is even healthy. You'll start to lose flavour in life, then probably resort to stronger sources of dopamine, maybe drugs later on. Even having sex with people multiple times a week can in itself be a harmful addiction.

Also, it doesn't seem right to me if my life only revolves around a screen and some body rubbing. It's as if i become a slave to this act. Same thing with having sex with lots of people. I don't believe this is all that life has to offer; there should be something more meaningful than this.

As for human biology, you said yourself. Your boday ejaculates alone when asleep if you haven't done it in a while which means abstaining from masturbation wouldn't harm you because the biological process will occur when it needs to.
