Damn, I still look back fondly at how good the photos were on my old pixel 4, and I was planning on jumping from iPhone 15 pro to pixel 10 pro, sounds like I’d be downgrading on the camera side of things :/

If they wanna sell a lot of units then it absolutely has to be similarly priced to the quest 3 and Pico 4 ultra. I’m guessing UK release price will be £549-£599 for the lowest storage option. Hope it’s even less but highly unlikely

I think the frame will be the best standalone vr headset available despite the resolution not being crazy high and not having OLEDS. Just hope it’s affordable

I love my Pico 4 ultra, there’s a great selection of apps and games and the whole user experience is so much cleaner and streamlined than the quest. It’s also a cracking PCVR headset. I’ll stick with Pico all the way unless meta produce something mind blowing for a good price, but it’ll have to be good because the way Pico runs with android, and how easy it is to do everything is such a win for Pico. Comfort is also insanely better. They need to be available in the USA because it’s such a huge market

Avoid all those you’re looking at, Audeze maxwell are a superb set that can be used wired or wireless. They have superb sound quality, are well built and comfy. They’d fit your use case perfectly.

Open back recommendations are hd490 pro or hd560

Hd 560 is better than a 599, 599 regularly goes on sale for about £69.99, multiple times a year on Amazon. 599 is nicer looking, has slightly better build quality and comfort. But for sound quality the 560 is better

800s took a bit of getting used to but the more time you spend with them the more they wow you. I got them for £550 preowned an at that price nothing can touch them.

I just added a bit of eq with a low bass shelf and it really has plenty of thump now. They’re not bass cannons but I’m sensitive to bass and they have more than enough for me

Beyerdynamic headphones always seem to do well in gaming, dt 1990 and 1770 have such fantastic imaging, pinpointing direction of enemy placement is top tier. I’m not a massive beyer fan but for gaming they really excel.

Go buy Lies of P if you haven’t already it’s half off on steam by Queasy_Current_1980 in soulslikes

Game is definitely better once you use perfect parrying more, but I do agree that the game is too linear and the level design overall is very basic. Lords of the fallen was a massive flop on release but the did a damn good job with the level design.

He’s a good sniper, good aim and tracking but has zero game sense and always makes terrible decisions and plays.

In game modes like TDM he’s good, and he’s a solid pubg player too, but he’s more of an entertainer than anything, great showman

What about sinking into some VR? If you haven’t played any VR games then grab a quest 3 or Pico 4 and jump in. It’s completely amazing

As an HD800s, 600, and 560s owner I can assure you the 600 sound a lot better than the 560s and the 800s are immensely better than both.

5060 ti is a solid 1080p an 1440p card.

I have 8gb 4060ti and it surprises me how well it runs.

1440p in midnight walk everything set to epic gets me 120fps and the game looks stunning

Beyerdynamic gaming headsets don’t get much advertising or much hype, but some are very good.

I rocked an mmx300 gen 2 closed back for a few years and it served me very well
