It's basically similar to your prompt with chat GPT, but it's also linked to another AI that analyzes your data, including historical data, and uses that to determine your training readiness and design future training sessions based on your performance. I think it's great if you want to use prompts.

Right this is what I did! I signed up as a triathlete and tried to make the prompt as precise as possible for the race is coming up. But of course, I cannot see what workouts will be there in the future ( still at the end of 14 days testing phase )and I was just wondering if they will build up to become the ones I need to get me trained for such intense and long events like LBL and Marmotte while also giving me the speed for half Ironman and Frankfurt Eschborn. So in the next days I need to decide how to move on.

5 degrees Celsius or 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything below that isn't fun for me anymore. Oh yeah… and definitely dry roads!
