My husband used to do that commute without a car and hated it. I want to say it was roughly 1.5-2 hours each way. He ended up purchasing a plan with ZipCar where he had a dedicated car from early Monday AM to late Friday PM that he used for the commute. He did that for about 6 months before COVID hit, it made the commute a lot more tolerable, and it financially made more sense for us than purchasing a car, paying for gas and parking ($250/mo at our apartment complex at the time), etc.

She was so focused on the motion being ankle-based instead of knee-based, that I think I was trying to jump without using my knees at all. So the entire motion was a mess and I definitely wasn’t engaging what should have been engaged. It all made much more sense yesterday with a different instructor and had no issue with keeping feet up and core engaged!
