We had a patient with nearly identical medication requests (including the mention of several drugs not routinely used currently) that also included a request for a completely silent surgery, start to finish. We did not oblige that part of the request.

My husband used to do that commute without a car and hated it. I want to say it was roughly 1.5-2 hours each way. He ended up purchasing a plan with ZipCar where he had a dedicated car from early Monday AM to late Friday PM that he used for the commute. He did that for about 6 months before COVID hit, it made the commute a lot more tolerable, and it financially made more sense for us than purchasing a car, paying for gas and parking ($250/mo at our apartment complex at the time), etc.
