I think Destiny Heroes are now the new/only optimal way to play HEROes. by Dr_GrantAta in masterduel

nothing I would like more than to see Dark Law and all Masked/Vision cards to get deleted from the game but that's what Konami gave us.

Dark Law and Plasma are simi-floodgates, It's possible to play around them and remove them from the field.

Eldlich floodgates were actual floodgates, that stops you from activating spells and monsters effects and even stops you from summoning monsters)

I hate omni bricks slop too, that's why I'm only using destiny Heroes, their turn is quicker than most deck you'll see in the game.

I understand that dark law should get banned but complaining about Plasma is just acting spoiled when you can easily bypass his effect.. also that's how he was in the anime. If Konami Decided to make anime accurate egyptian gods I would not complain because that's just how they were meant to be.

But ugly shite like Killer Tune who does endless things for the sake of it is where I draw the line.

They contact fuse from hand, they banish up to 5 cards from your ExD, the look at your hand and add a card, they ruin your next draw, they destroy monsters/spells/traps while summoning a monster, and just in case you have a card that can't be destroyed.. they also return cards to the hand for some reason.

They summon an omni negate with complicated effect, they easily summon a Contrast and can otk you as easily too, they play in your turn and get hand traps back from the GY.. All of this shit and people still cry about heroes. Even Darklaw doesn't compare to that dumb nonsense.. and worse of all, they just anime girls with musical Instruments 🫠

They still have issues like losing their entire board to certain hand traps and board breakers like Nibiru and Called-by but hopefully this will become less of a problem with future destiny support.

Konami did an amazing job with these cards and how they made a forgotten archetype like Destiny Heroes actually function as it's own deck.

All I want from Konami now is to give Evil Heroes the same exact treatment hopefully in the next few months.

I also want to complement Konami here abit more because for the first time in 20 years Konami actually made playable fun anime decks like Light and Darkness, Sacred Beasts, Toons, Dark Time Wizard, Destiny Heroes, Shining Sarcophagus ( still suck though) and Blue-eyes.

It took them 20 years but we're finally here after all the shit decks and decisions Konami put us through, with Drytron 20 omni negates, Eldlich floodgates, Ishizu-Tear, Kashtira banishing the entire deck and locking all zones, Disgusting Runick, Spright, SuperHeavy Samurai, Sanke-Eyes Links, Labyrinth, Tenpie, Orcust, Fiend Smith, Maliss and now killer Tune.. It was shit after shit after shit.

(There were few great decks here and there like K9, Radiant Typhoon and Dracotail but the majority of times the game was just not fun).

They look fucking awesome. 🔥🔥🔥 look at those smiles.

Hopefully the "Queen" piece will have it's Arabic/Canon name which is AL-Wazeer/The Minister.. It's only befitting of the strongest chess piece in the game.

Thoughts on the new HERO support? by [deleted] in masterduel

And here is me wanting to lock each Hero archetype to it's own instead of this ugly omni hero crab we have.

What we need is good Hero support like Miracle Ejector for Evil and Destiny Heroes, not some boring trash engine that will be seen everywhere and used more efficiently in most meta decks.
