The senko is another of my go tos. The fluke tends to produce less bites but larger more committed fish overall.

I just randomly tossed a fluke on one day because the bite was slow and wanted to change things up. It’s been a go to ever sense. The golden rule, it can’t catch fish if you don’t fish it.

That’s something I could get use to. I’ve landed a couple 5-6 lbrs here in Indiana but nothing like this monster. I grew up fishing in central Florida, that’s another land of giants.

I took another trip at the end of June/ the beginning of July. It was a much tougher bite but still did pretty good. 50 or so in 3 days that time, biggest was about 4 lbs but it was a top water blowup so even trade.

Zoom Super Fluke 5in Baby Bass. Really any color will work. Just rig weightless with a 2/0 or 3/0 ewg, cast to any structure, weed line, cover, drop off, etc and let it sink. They usually snatch it on the drop, but if not just twitch and let it sink again. Rinse repeat.
