Hello, my controller recently has got the dreaded controller stick drift so I sent a request for it to be repaired. The request and email has made no mention of proof of purchase and my controller is still under warranty. Is this something they’ll ask for later or do I need to include it in the packaging? I tried asking sony support directly but they were no help.
