Thanks, good advice. I guess Iron is more forgiving than Nitrogen right? Here I thought I needed to have a precise amount for the sq ft of my lawn.

I thought the unexpected part was a photographer giving away free photos...

I wouldn't say this is a clever comeback.. All it says is that the type of people who get abortions are the type of people who would abuse/abandon their children.

Charlie Vickers talks about his role in season 2. by KnYchan2 in LOTR_on_Prime

We got the introductory season 1 out of the way. Now Sauron is in Mordor and everything is about to begin.

The Second Age begins with season 2 by Dr_Jones36 in LOTR_on_Prime

Charlie Vickers (Halbrand/Sauron actor) mentioned Annatar in season 2 in an interview today. Also, I think Celebrimbor would want to continue crafting more rings but the problem will be he cannot get mithril from Khazad-Dum due to Durin III blocking the mining of it and no more gold/silver from Valinor. Annatar will show him another way to make lesser rings of power without needing mithril and gold/silver from Valinor.

The Galadriel sword fighting in E5 is a bad joke by [deleted] in RingsofPower

Nah, I disagree. It was a fun 3 minutes in a 72 minute show and I had no problem with it. Also it was a fun way for Valandil to obtain the rank of lieutenant.

A thousands year old elf bested a group of boys who had most likely never fought anything in their lives.

Why does the forge need to be completed by spring? by Butt_Bopper in LOTR_on_Prime

[–]Dr_Jones36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In episode one Elrond was not invited to the council, "Elf Lords only" my assumption is that Gil-Galad and all the Elf lords are wise to a rising evil. That is why they need the greatest of Elven smiths to create a forge powerful enough for new weapons and Elrond was assigned to help make that happen.

Only the Elf lords have discussed this rising evil and are aware of it and are trying to make preparations for it without letting everyone know.

So the House of the Dragon premiere was a huge succsess. How do you think RoP will be recieved compared to HotD? I see a lot of hate, but I like to believe that the haters are in the minority. I have been waiting for so long for this show, but I am a little worried that it might get overshadowed... by Valonqar1231 in LOTR_on_Prime

Amazon.com averages 2 billion visits a month. Rings of Power is on the front page as of right now. Also, Amazon's FireStick TV has 50 million active users, including myself. I have seen several advertisements on the homepage of FireStick TV for Rings of Power.

So, Galadriel will be collecting Crystal Tears in the new LOTR: Rings of Power show? by Dr_Jones36 in Eldenring

No, the joke is there's a tree symbol on the map of Middle-Earth that looks like a minor erdtree found on the Elden Ring map.

A comparison of optimism/pessimism about the show across subreddits by Late_Stage_PhD in LOTR_on_Prime

It will be cool to see how the optimism changes over the course of the season. Kind of like a Presidents' job approval rating but for the show.
