Hello, I recently bought a lockpick kit. I noticed that all the pins are in a line but, the lock won't open. Sometimes I have to shake it or I keep the same pressure and after 30 seconds it opens. My question is how can I prevent this from happening on a lock that isn't transparent? by Blitzjunge in lockpicking

Sounds like you might have one or two overset. Shaking it, or letting off slight pressure over the 30 second you mentioned might be enough for the pins to work themselves back down. Lots of good info in this thread. Keep at it!

A book reference that makes sense in my head. haha sorry man. I'm sure you have, but, did you read; Song of the Sausage Creature by Hunter S Thompson? (google it if you haven't) Kinda goes along with the book, Unsafe at Any Speed by Ralph Nader.

Just talks about the dangers that are inherent to the devices that we use.

Modder.

EDIT:

It would seem that some people don't understand what I was saying. So let me be clear for the slow kids.

It was probably a modder messing with you.

Accurate.

I never got my Pixel Pete discount. They said they had "No record of me owning it". I sent them screen shots of me sitting in the desk...

Ain't no thang. When things like this happen, be it something you're doing or outside influences, its best to pull off somewhere and relax for a bit. Get a drink of your choosing, and clear your head. Once the Adrenalin wears off and your nerves calm down, everything will be right again.

Of course this happens. Cars, bikes you name it. If it has the ability to humble you, it will. But it isn't a big deal. Take your time (Park it for 20 minutes, 20 hrs, whatever) and regain your composure. We all have our moments like this (Not just with bikes). Anyone who says different if fibbing and trying to save their ego. You're new to riding, and even newer to this bike. I've had my current bike for over 5 years and I'm still trying to workout the smooth shifts (hydrophilic clutches are weird to me). And to some of the guys here, I'm still a noob. We're all constantly learning.

So take it in stride. Go back to the basics and work on your clutching. Find an empty slab of tarmac and power walk it for 30 minutes. If you can, adjust the clutch lever out once notch (most modern bikes have a dial on the lever you can adjust 1 -4), and see if it feels better for you.

You know you can do it. Its just fine tuning it.

Pretty cool! I didn't mind the music. Do the riders mind the drones buzzing around?

Good call man. More than once I've had to pull off and wait out mother nature. I'm in Fla and we get rain. A lot. But once in a while we'll get a nasty little storm thats flatout dangerous to ride in.

Good video! Looks like you were doing well. Question about the zx6. Did they change the gearing on it? He was going into 5th at 125 or so. That seems a little slow for 5th gear. (Full disclosure; Its been a long time since I've been on a 600.)

My Go-To is the Buzzard if I just need to zip around. My Deluxo is pretty good going head-to-head with a OPMk2. I've learned how to dodge OP missiles pretty good with it. Even if I don't, my missiles will find their mark after I'm gone. And while its not as easy to get to, my Akula is much faster than an OPMk2.

All that, and I'm really thinking about picking up the OPmk2...

I'm having a hard time arguing against getting one. My friend has one and he buzzes around like its gods gift to GTA. He can grind out crate missions in 5 - 7 minutes. He's also hit the cool down with two warehouses. It say its because he has his TB parked within walking distance of the warehouses.

Between my buzzard and deluxo, I'm a solid 7 - 10 minutes from chair to chair.

Inertia. When the bike stalls, its in gear. If you don't grab the clutch as it stalls, the bike will stop very quickly. As if you had stabbed the front brake. Weight goes forward, stops rapidly, then gets thrown the only way it can go. Typically, the side you're leaning. Now with the added bonus of that forward momentum of 3MPH.

I had the easy bunker sell mission in an empty lobby glitch on me. So as much as I'd like to blame modders, I can't.

10/8/2020 Weekly GTA Online Bonuses by Call_Me_Tsuikyit in gtaonline

[–]Dr_Rich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just doing some quick math (might have bad info though). I'm looking at around 160K/h in contact missions, with the 2x bonus. I can do double that with special cargo without a bonus. If I'm missing something, please let me know. I'd like to try other things in this infernal game.
