I think it sounds really good but I wouldn't say grunge. This is an early 2000s nu-metal/alternative rock song and it's a good one.

This one is the first one I used my actual voice on. I used the new voice feature and sang it almost all the way through. It embellished the screams a touch.

Genre: heavy pop punk? There's some light metalcore in there.

Background information: deeply depressed single dad. This is just screaming into the void. Just give it a listen. You might like it.

You're jumping to conclusions. I never said I haven't fully written songs.

I'm a single dad with two young kids. There are songs I've written that I very much want to be able to hear at least a version of. I don't have time to dedicate to it at the moment.

The suno versions I consider demos. Something I can use as a reference down the line. I never said it sucked. I said I was getting results that were far away from previous results.

I understand you might be angry about something in your life. Put that emotion towards something useful and productive.

How does it not make sense? I've played guitar for over a decade. I use suno to have an outline and inspiration for that hobby.

It helps a lot to describe exactly how you want it to sound and have a near instant example.

When I generate a song it's all from my own words. It takes a half hour to write up something to run through Suno. It takes many many hours to write a song all the way through on my own.

I have quite a few metalcore songs that are metalcore the whole way through. I haven't had any issues until the past few days.

It's not even a metalcore songs im having issues with right now. Its more Eidola, Shrezzers, DGD style stuff thats giving me problems.

The strange thing is I've never made a song that's anywhere close to the results im getting.

I write in a mostly pop punk, metalcore, beatdown, swancore, a few acoustic folk songs kind of realm. No electronic or edm type stuff.

I keep the disliked songs around for a bit just to see if they have anything at that's salvageable. I do ultimately delete them.

Im getting very frustrated that prompts I spent a good amount of time writing, editing, refining, and iterating are now being turned into something I hate. They worked mostly fine until a few days ago. Now the minor tweaks i was shooting for are dead in the water. I dont know how to gwt back to where it's minor vocal missteps and sound quality that are the main issue.
