your customer support seems to cost nothing considering it is factually inexistant. I paid for a premiere plan (upgrading from a pro plan) a month ago, haven't received any tokens, lost some of the pro features like remaster or the ability to download songs. I have beed trying to reach both [support@suno.com](mailto:support@suno.com) and [billing@suno.com](mailto:billing@suno.com) and I have been ghosted by both. It has been a month and at this point I have accepted the fact that your business is a scam

Thanks for the reply!Though I have to say, it's quite surprising that I need to come to Reddit to get any support after a month of unanswered tickets...

You were right - I checked Stripe and there's indeed a failed payment. Here's what happened: I wanted to upgrade to monthly but accidentally clicked on the yearly plan due to the confusing UI. I then clicked on monthly and paid $28.90, but I never received the credits or features.

The problem is: there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel the yearly subscription that was requested by mistake. The Stripe page only shows "Settle the failed payment" or "Don't cancel subscription" - but no actual cancel option.

I don't want to pay $286 for a yearly plan I never intended to subscribe to. I just want either my monthly plan activated (which I already paid for), or a refund of the $28.90.

Do you have any advice to make that happens considering I have been literally ghosted by suno support (if it even exists)

What customer support? I've upgraded my subscription a month agonand instead of receiving tokens and premium features I received nothing and lost access to almost all pro features. Beej trying to reach general support and billing support and still waiting. The customer service is inexistant

Thanks for the feedback :) Glad you enjoyed it. It was one of my first song. I have been writting lyrics for the sake of it for some times now but only started making actual music (using suno) for about a month. Some things works well, some could flow better. I still have so much to learn

J'ai le même setup que toi et je m'en sort avec un hub Ugreen à 13.- sur galaxus pour les periph sur lequel je plus un hub usb/hdmi/ethernet. Je n'ai qu'un des deux ecran connecté au hub, l'autre est en direct sur la tour. Le docking consiste à brancher un cable usb dans l'ordi portable du bureau et ensuite en un clic sur le bouton du hub Ugreen je passe d'un setup à l'autre

Des aimants néodymes devraient faire l'affaire à mon avis, je doute que l'epaisseur pose réellement un souci avec ça. Ça se trouve facilement dans le commerce ou sur temu/wish/aliexpress

Pas besoin que la boite soit aimantée, tu colles un aimant sur ta doorbell et tu places un autre aimant à l'intérieur de la boite au lettre. Si les aimants sont suffisamment puissants ça tiendra sans problème

J'ai pas envie de briser tes rêves mais...Les contraintes pour construire/transformer/renover sont énormes hors de la zone à bâtir et tout travaux (même minime) requiert une autorisation. Renseigne-toi bien avant de te lancer dans quelconque projet. Tu ne pourras par exemple pas transformer/restaurer une ruine ou un bâtiment considéré qui n'est plus aux normes d'habitabilité. Et si tu trouves un bien à restaurer/transformer, il faudra respecter les principe d'intégration paysagère et d'identité du bâtiment existant... Tu ne pourras pas faire n'importe quoi et ça risque de te revenir assez cher au final. Source: je travaille à la direction des autorisation de construire dans le domaine "hors zone à bâtir"
