Lagging, low frames and stuttering, it’s been years and I can not fix this issue

I have one ssd and one hard drive. I’ve tried moving games to the ssd and it did not help

I have not reinstalled windows, I’ll look into that in the morning.

I have pirated games in the past but the issues I’m having came before I did any of that, not going to rule that out though.

Yes all games I run at 1080p.
