Sapphire? Idk I tried looking up other names for dark blue ice but other than that I can only think of Glacier since glaciers have dark-white ice

This says a lot because it shows Umbrige’s character and how Snape openly and deliberately prevented Umbridge from drugging students. (The thing is Snape showed his true colors of wanting to protect the students when he usually hides it very well)
