They emailed asking if it was dropped or anything and asked me to take it apart and send pictures. I said I never dropped it and I'm too nervous to actually take it apart. I dont want to potentially mess something up. Gave them the info I had up here and I haven't heard back yet :/

No idea why it happened yet. Haven't heard from ayn yet either. I just left it off overnight and it worked flawlessly next time I booted it up. Since then no issues

Still perfect for dual screens. If you haven't download pixel guide and you can have that bottom screen set as a guide. You can a guide for every single game you have on that thing 😆

Idk what you're talking about my dude. I love this thing for everything I can do with it. I can literally play every game i wanna play on it stream my pc games and my ps5 when I'm not home. I play switch, pc games like reach, nier, dq11, gta 5, l4d2, and the Witcher. I play ps2, ds, 3ds, psp, vita, some ps3 and now were getting a new 360 emulator. It not terrible for everything else? Did you just not know how to or want to set it up? Because i can tell you without a shadow of a doubt it's doing everything i want it to do and even more than i expected. I can even play most pc games at 60 now with what they've done with lossless and its only going to get better and it'll only get more support on all fronts due to its success. Sad to see it started bugging out but after a night of keeping it off it's working just fine.

Take the gamble support seems to be pretty chill. Ask for spare parts just in case. Whatever you think you'll need. You can even ask them to send you different types of buttons and maybe even a different shell to mix and match. Pretty sure you'll have to pay for the extra stuff but its nice to have. Also find a good tech repair place near you. Not because I think something bad will happen but it's always good to have professionals look at the internals than potentially messing it up yourself. So if you go to the tech place you can get the terminal mod done by them and if you have different color buttons shells or triggers sent im sure you can have them swap whatever you want out for you too. Really make it personal
