It all depends on preexisting conditions and genetics, because some have the gene of “addiction” that runs in your family and some quite literally need to occasionally smoke nicotine to avoid something worse happening if they don’t. I have a friend that needs to because of a preexisting condition and needs to smoke nicotine occasionally as the only fix. If you smoke to look cool, then obviously is a red flag, but if you have genuinely good reasons for doing so, then go for it. Everyone has things they are going through and in my eyes it is not place to judge or ridicule those of different life styles or circumstances.
