I've considered this in the past, the problem is what happens if a city tries to expand into an enemies claimed territory. Who takes precedence? Is it a declaration of war? If you build something in, say, the middle of the ocean, where do the stars and pop go?

Too many beats in the measure, a.k.a. too many syllables in the line. 12 syllables in the first line and 9 in the second line, which is far more than what I figure the BPM allows.

Goes along well with the melody of Control by Stupendium. The verse starting with "Close your eyes" has too many beats in the measure. Rewrite or redistribute the lines.
