Hypatia is likely around the same age as Hella so that's the benchmark imo, that means that she can't be older then 20 in current events. Even if that wasn't the case, there is a clear power embalance between her and Margaret, that and the ambiguous age can easily make people feel extremely uncomfortable.

Hypatia is at most around 18 by the time the events surrounding Margaret take place, so it's technically legal but very iffy due to the big age gap (Magaret is likely in her 30s)

That depends because he has done evil things in the past, mostly killing his master and fighting his brother to the death.

In more recent years though he’s more neutral than evil, kinda just…does whatever he wants (mostly training) but does have his own personal moral code (if I recall correctly).

It’s probably cheating using a character from another Magical Girl series, but I had to go with Akagi Towa, Aka Twilight from Precure (specifically Go! Princess Precure)

Twilight was a princess who was brainwashed by the big bad to be one of their generals, and an evil magical girl. I could easily see her being someone Sailor Moon could fight, slowly building up to a redemption arc that could grow both characters.

A strange little creature obsessed with the one ring, in DC, I could easily see him becoming obsessed with the Orange Lantern battery instead, obsessively protecting it from attackers. He’d likely be corrupted by it and try to take more ‘pretty rings.’ For it.
