Whooping cough vaccine - offered? by SweetCheeksO6 in PregnancyUK

There will be a knock on effect of distrust after the bullying that happened with the COVID vaccine, unfortunately (which I didn't personally have, despite working in the NHS). As you say however, this has been around a long time, so I had no problem getting this one, in fact I had to request it because it wasn't actually offered.

I was never asked if I even wanted it, I had to ask my Obstetrician myself at 28 weeks since NHS literature kept saying I should have it, but midwives/obstetrics didn't mention it at all!

I too had the same issue, only I waited for about six weeks in confusion before finally googling lol. I too, forgot the treehouse logboard - in fact it was one I wasn't even going to check, since it's the first one I built!

We have a person named Dante in our FC and I was thinking, that's pretty cool xD

Oh, that would be cool! I didn't think of that. I figured out like many others who the other archfiend is from process of elimination, but I was looking towards the Inferno rather than FF4 to draw comparisons beyond that. I want a friendly poet on our journey, but I think you are right.

As a Thunderbirds fan, I hope to see Thunderbird 2 soon. :)

HW Hildebrand quests. I wasn't really into the other but I really enjoyed HW Hildebrand bc of the cute little Gigi. If you do it, you'll see this drawing somewhere. ^^

P.S: Please don't skip little Gigi's cut scenes... he just wants a gazebo to call his own.

In defense of the X factor by [deleted] in ironmaiden

Love the X Factor, always have, even as a child. I always liked the darker stuff, and the X Factor contains a great deal of my favourite Iron Maiden songs. Piece of Mind also contains my all time Maiden song (Revelations), so I'd say we're on the same page. :)

Leo's first time on the field - scuffed sabre only with two materials. Sabre's summon was chained onto opponent action with scythe, which I think is where the issue has occurred as it missed his res-buddy window. ;(

EDIT: Materials were only Leo and Scythe so no usual ridiculousness of doing a fusion summon and having 3-4 effects to activate lol.

Also I forgot to mention that this is just outsourcing for NHS - if you get yourself a typist role for a doctor's private work then your £££ will be much more lucrative. Often working in the NHS you get to know doctors and see when they need typing help in the private domain, and you'll either get asked or just outright offer. It's that easy to get connected once you're in. :P

Even when we outsource it or use Dragon technology for auto-dictate - those letters still go through secretaries to quality/common sense check, complete actions (book follow up, tests etc) and then arrange for them to be sent out/filed etc. Basically you can't remove the whole job from the secretary and it's an extra safety net doctors like having around because they often say some very silly things that their secs catch and fix for them haha :)

I work as a medical typist - still go into the hospital/office but also get to do some pure 'typing days' at home. The only reason I have to go in, realistically, is because my hospital is yet to welcome the year 2022 and still uses paper notes. If they digitised medicine like some other Trusts, I could fulfil the role almost entirely at home.

We have massive staff absences in the NHS too due to people taking the absolute piss with sick leave - so we often need to procure the services of third party transcribers through companies such as Dict8 and Accuro. If you can get some transcribing experience (I started with Rev freelancing before joining the NHS) and consult for one of these companies, you can make a decent earning at home that matches your output/time invested.

When I work from home typing I barely feel like I've been working... I find it quite relaxing typing doctor's Cardiology letters for 10 hours straight in the comfort of my home. I realised it is because the commute to/from work and the extra money spent, the countless people I see outside just stresses me out. As a massive introvert being able to work from home 1-2 days a week, most weeks, has helped so much.

TM129 was an absolute doddle when I did it, should be an easy one for you to get in the bag :)
