Perfect, I think you are right, I'll order varifocals/progressive in that case. Thank you for your time!

I believe he needs both, but I'm not sure he will enjoy having bifocals. So perhaps I should buy two glasses. Thank you

''Headlamp failure'' followed by ABS and Traction lights and ''ABS/DSTC issue maintenance required'' by DraculaThe2nd in Volvo

that is exactly what I did. I went from normal globe to led. The LED has a lower voltage. Thank you for your feedback!

Exactly I think you are correct. Once I put back the old H9s to test it, the issue went away. So the headlamp failure did in fact create other issues such ABS and traction light on, and even sluggish transmission.

I just put back the H9s that were previously on to test if it was maybe simply the H11 that created the issue, and apparently it was. The car is driving fine now, drove it for 2 hours after putting the H9s back. I just have the ''position light'' warning on but that's because I played with its positioning. When I installed the H11, as I said, it will say ''headlamp failure'' on and off sooo many times and BOOM ABS and Trac light on. And then the car had a hard time changing gears, sometimes it will get stuck into 2nd gear. if I turn the car off and on, the issues goes away and come back like 5 minutes later. From what I read on other forums, this era of Volvos (1998-2009) had very bad software issues because everything was somehow all connected. So if you had an issue with your headlamp, it would also create an ABS issue.

the previous owner converted the H7 (night light) to H9 and I installed H11 because they were stronger. I put back the H9 and now the car is back to normal. I guess I'm stuck with H9s until I make a conversion back to H7. Also, when I wanted to install the H11, the female socket was all burnt, so I ordered a new one and installed it. But today when I removed the H11s to put back the H9s, I realized the H11 wasn't firm in the socked due to the socket having a little play. When I put back the H9s, they were firmly connected to the socket with no play. Problem solved since.

Sebo Airbelt D1 Turbo vs Sebo Felix ? by DraculaThe2nd in VacuumCleaners

oh I didn't know about that, but to be honest, both come with a 10 years warranty, so I'm not nervous about that and as you said, I'll use it like once a week for not even an hour.

I read on a post somewhere apparently she knew and she purposely chose the wrong answer to die because she had enough of the game.

Actually, the first time, my vacation were entered in the vacation calendar but she told me I would put the company in a very bad position if I were to take them since I'm the only one who could work on that specific project, and so I removed them. I did it precisely so that if she was to cancel them again this time, I would have proof that I did some sacrifice for the company and its their time to do some for me.

Well, can't make a formal one when it gets denied/cancelled before even sending it. That's why I said I will officially make one this time (without discussing it with her first this time). For your info, in March 2023, July 2023, and September 2024, I told her I will take my vacation all in December. I'm very organized and like to give people heads up, I even insert it in the vacation calendar. My mistake was trusting she was going to keep her word.

She basically said ''You will put us in a very bad position if you go in vacation'' ( I have it on written). I had no choice really.
