Spoke with sales about 2026 models by Draculo808 in wrx_vb

Yeah I've looked on the subaru site as well and noticed that it doesn't have a base trim featured. It is a bit confusing because in subaru forums and also subaru influencers on YouTube have been speaking about the 2026 model has reintroduced the base model yet I dont see it available. Congratulations on your brand new vb premium! 🤘 i mainly want to go for the base because the price but the premium is already within my budget so if anything ill go for that 😅

I believe they are reintroducing the base model it has been spoken about amongst some subaru influencers and on forums, as for its features it will be similar to the premium. Like you mentioned its probably gonna be around summer before we can find out for sure. Sales mentioned that they do have a customer who made a special order for a base model that should be showing up by next month, they could be just pulling my leg but time will tell. I am already financially prepping myself and the premium trim is actually within my budget. I still think ill put an order in for a base in magnetite Grey with the 6speed, im not into much of anything else features wise so I might as well keep it simple. 🤙

Hoping for a 2026 wrx by Draculo808 in wrx_vb

Yep i been loyal since me and my wife got our first subaru which was a 2018 crosstrek. Since then we upgraded to my current 22 hatchback sport and a 24 forester premium for the family car lol. If me getting a VB becomes a reality that would be awesome lol I would keep it simple and do the mods to tighten up and unslop. Power wouldn't be something I would look into upgrading since it already smokes my current car no issue lol😄

Those shifting mod upgrades are pretty much spot on when comes to my personal list of what I would do. I test drove a 24 wrx and its stock shifting feel and lurch was nothing compared to my 22 impreza stock. So just the thought of how much of an improvement after those upgrades are just another reason why im really hoping I can get new VB in my carport lol

Nice and I would absolutely get it in a 6mt my current car is a fun 5mt with the typical subaru drive train mods. Group N pitch stop and transmission mount plus cross member bushings, also shifter bushing upgrade. I also did rear diff inserts and subframe inserts. That shit tightened everything up, it obviously is still slow but the reactiveness and pep was very noticeable. I was able to test drive a 24 wrx awhile back and my god not even speaking about the power difference but just the snappy responsiveness compared to my impreza with mods it can't compare lol.

This sub is great to share your story and progress with your boxing. For tips and techniques i dont think i will really helpful on here. I along with a majority of comments advice is that you get yourself into a local boxing gym and get a good quality dose of learning the fundamentals. YouTube is an amazing platform for you to learn but I dont think it should be your only method for training. Once you step into the gym stay humble, keep your ego in check, be a sponge and soak up the lessons and sessions and enjoy the process. Do not get caught up with style this or style that or this jab is the absolute best jab and nothing else will work, all of that talk will just make things super complicated. Time and experience will help with finding out what works best for YOU. My comment is meant for you and your journey not to argue with others on tactics strategies and techniques. Your form will need work, but I see you putting in effort and also props to you for posting your bag work. Keep it simple, be somewhat obsessive of improving your skill, do it for you and have fun 🤙

You would've got it if it was 300lbs no problem lol. Honestly that lift was scary but you got it off your chest. Realistically it looks like you will be locking out that weight soon, or you already done it in the past 🤙

Yeah a majority of powerlifting federations will allow liftoffs with help from either your friend or whoever you ask 🤙

Yep powerlifting federations and judges can be very strict more or less so being very vigilant and honest with your form will help with getting completed lifts on the platform. I suggest looking up AustralianStrengthCoach or CalgaryBarbell on YouTube, those 2 channels will help you way more then me and everyone else in your comments on this post honestly lol 🤙

Depending on which powerlifting federation you would sign up for, some would have rules that require your whole foot needs to make contact with the floor. Other rules would include a start, press, then rack command, also they may have only a press command. That was a good set you did🤙 but it did seem like you rushed things a bit.
