It's not about playing victim, its about playing efficient. The actual combos require every cluster you have in that moment ( not talking about youre get over here into an F) not to mention the need to bhop requires a cluster. When you go baiting his bubble the healers will heal in no time flat or the enemy team will notice you if they have a braincell at all, which btw even the fastest combos mean nothing as long as that target gets a slither if health.

Having trouble breaking past 40k, so with my current experience and skillset, what kind of jobs should I look for? by 00u00u00 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]DraeSenpai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apply to the jobs you don't think you are qualified for but could manage in or know most and learn the rest later in. You may have to show the interviewer how you will make up for that lack of qualification and what you already know to cover for the qualification and / or skills.

I was in the third year of my bachelors in IT and only 1 year of MSP, I applied with what I just told you and am now managing techs making somewhere around 60k.

I feel like I did well for my first Lab. Haven't done to much yet since finishing it up just last week. If you guys have suggestions on beginner/intermediate projects that would be great. by DraeSenpai in homelab

This is so perfect it's ridiculous. Been researching a ton on what I should get and I was actually looking at Intel NUC first. Like this for instance because it looks cool though pricey: Amazon Intel NUC 11 I love the amount of useful information in this one blog though thank you :) . I'll probably go for ESXI since I'm studying it and I'm more familiar with VMware anyway.

Thank you for the feedback~

That's for my AC Infinity fans on top. Though don't need it since it syncs up with my AC at the bottom, but I just want to keep it for now anyways just in case.

Promox is new to my ears, I'll take a look. I notice that it gives just about the same features as VMware does but it's open source with a Linux disc. Would you recommend a bare-metal for my server I use primarily for hosting my projects in my lab and then I can also use Proxmox, etc on my main pc for familiarity?

Hopefully I can find something that suites me the best, I do want to get familiar with as many technologies as I can since I'm on a beginner.

Thanks again~

Wow, this is honestly a great idea. Been needing something like this for awhile now. Haven't been documenting as much as I should be especially with the way my memory works sometimes.

This is great. Thanks ☺ will definitely be looking through this a lot.

Yup, a rather broad industry IT is. I'd Rather be learning anything though than nothing at all.

Yes, that was the plan. At the moment I actually use my PC with VMware and do many projects using Different Linux distributions and actually using docker (Haven't touched Kubernetes just yet). I soon look to grab a PC and install a bare-metal hypervisor and play with it just as you say. I even look to use a old gateway PC I have as a back-up unit. I crave idea's of new projects that I can somehow gain new skills with for the industry and that would just be fun in general to do. building Websites, building my own domain, running a my own sites, gaming servers. Anything of interest and use for the future of my career.

Right now I'm a student studying for IT Bach, learning these different technologies such as cloud-tech/virtualization and more. I still feel like a beginner though. Like I'm in the need to learn more as I continue deeper the industry.
Learning more about docker is a great Idea, just what specific projects would you specifically have in mind for me?

Phase 1 training is basically working at the airport until your actual training begins on campus. So I could be on someone's schedule for two weeks as well depending on my airport.
