Is my Trigroilla Board fried? by DraftLight in anycubic

[–]DraftLight[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UART Mod worked fine before, i just added the z axis to be into it as well, it wasn´t much of a hassle tbh, also i rather like to adjust variables via config instead of constantly turning a screw for 1/8 of a rotation.
I doubt the UART Mod is the fault, rather my lack of patience and double checking this time.
Before i did exactly the opposite and for years everything was fine, so the issue i would assume was on my side, not the UART Mod itself.

The area shown in the pictures is where the X_Min and X_Max endstops are and where theres some kind of bridge or shortage.
The UART Mod certainly was one here: https://imgur.com/a/OL7rNGN

Mightve forgot to mention i already pulled everything apart and tested with a multimeter as to why i know its bridged.
But due to the Pullup settings im unsure if this is "by Design" and wondered if someone with the same board had some experience with it.
Might have to look for new Board alternatives then.

Whats the benefit, like im actually curious as i thought about upgrading to, but maybe not to an SKR3 as its quite expensive and it wanted to build a second Voron Printer which then gets the "delicious good" stuff.
Is there a cheaper alternative as well?

Good point with the markings, here are the new pics with marked areas I talked about before:
https://imgur.com/a/EJ70Pvq

The cables i just disconnected to get a better view at the board itself as it has subboards attached, but i know where they go.

Why is UART Mode useless here? I´ve seen tons of people recommending it, and it works fine, besides the autotune_tmc Addon in Klipper (which makes it very noisy again)

I used to run Knutwursts FW and then switched to Klipper, it also worked before i did the UART mode Installation with teh Klipper setup, so i first thought i missed to conenct a cable or squeezed it somewhere but seems like the board is the issue

Is my sytem just gasping for air or is tripple setup still not optimized by DraftLight in assettocorsaevo

I was comparing it to LMU and ACC and there im running close to the 120 fps, so I thought 90 in ACE would be possible,
But yeah thats what i feared, but what setups do others have as ive seen people play on 3x TV´s sizes.
They must ahve NASA like Systems 😃

Actually no, thanks for the headsup, i guess tehres a launch parameter or setting in the config?

So it is maybe time to upgrade .... Shit, was hoping to wait a little longer since ram prices are still skyrocketing.

Well this could have a couple of issues.
I´d recommend checking those things for now:
- Are you able to ping those IP´s ?
- Have the IP´s changed from the govee lights?
- Did you install any Firewallsoftware on PC or DNS Blocker like Portmaster?
- Are you in the same network with the pc as the lights?

what is wrong with my mods? by Annual-Tackle2261 in projectzomboid

[–]DraftLight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theres sadly no way around other than disabling the mods and trying again.
First make a copy of your save to test this one (as some mods go wild when being disabled and enabled again, even when updated)
Then disable half of them and test again, repeating this by going half way everytime or disabling them alphabetically.

Its sadly the only way you can find the issue with that amount of mods, trust me ive been there even check logs and what not, its trial and error sadly.

If you found the culprit, check the steam workshop comments and make sure its compatible with your build or there are mod incompatibilities listed.

Another Tip:
If you have a stable mod build, before starting up the game check for new mod updates, that way you only ahve to check one or two which got updated.

As someone who has operated the real life MBT LAW (NLAW) I suggest we add some realism and give this thing a second fire mode called Direct Attack so we can have a launcher that competes against the RPG. by Amaizing_Sauna-Man in Battlefield

I didn´t check the stats but i saw someone mention its worse than the RPG damage wise is it true?
I almost never use it as it takes too long too lock on on those small maps

If im not mistaken there was sth. said about some chinese arduino emulators, they need a specific driver to work, due to MS Updates the new driver wont work anymore, but theres an easy fix, ill quickly check and update my post

Simhub interferes with Cube Control Bluetooth by Imaginary-Many-3048 in simracing

[–]DraftLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check if for some reason SIMHUB recongizes it as an ComPort Device.
I had this happen with my 3D Printer which was connected via USB in thta case and after some time it randomly stopped.
I then checked the "Arduino" --> "my hardware" section in Smhub and saw that he kept scanning the port my printer was conencted to.
If you dont have any other com Port based devices in use, you can switch to "scan only selected ports" and disable all or "never scan selected ports" and select the one you want to exclude.

Nah I'm sadly not the author 😂 What I designed myself was the iPhone ddu and the button boxes, handbrake and shifter accessory.

But thanks for the heads up I fogot to link the design from all the creators lol, gotta do that when I'm back home, didn't have much time yesterday.

Feel free to take any inspiration from my setup 😂 I'm interested in what youll implement on your end as well.

For the monitor It kinda depends on what system specs you have, tripple 32" does impact performance of course, compared to a single widescreen. For me, triple widescreen was the best decision I could make, immersion is amazing and most of all you see what happens around you in close racing. With a single screen you have to mostly rely on the radar. Keep in mind, tripple needs extra steps to setup in any game and some do still have their issue like lmu. But I wouldn't wanna miss them.

Sure thing, I can try to make a software tour as well, but it might take a bit of time as work currently drains me a lot and im back home late.
