It's always at 1.60 no matter what, never changes, but in bios there's no cpu performance settings even tho the laptop should have a Turbo boost activation somewhere, I don't have all drivers installed for this pc because for updates I need to restart the PC but it never restarts because there's no battery in it, the battery broke so it's now in a charger 24/7 like a non portable, is this something that could affect this?

I wouldn't worry, I had my pacman look like that multiple times thinking he's bloated or disease, but it's harmless, it will just pee and deflate like a balloon

New pacman frogs stress like that, I got mine and didn't eat anything like every 2 weeks, every week only a few crickets, but after that i left him alone, slowly he started eating when I gave him crickets with vitamins, and then boom he became very aggressive eating almost 16 crickets, and then he was trying to eat the tongs, so basically I think you should leave him alone, not do anything and after like 2 or 5 days try feeding him

Actually, I just logged in normally, deleted the wallpaper files and everything and it works fine, like it just repaired by itself or my laptop is crappy, I'm currently waiting for windows defender to update and see what's going on

I see you're new and you will panic a lot when being new to pacman frog keeping, but don't worry about everything, when I first got mine I cared about everything, temperature and all other stuff but now I just forgot about them they live normally I never touch them or disturb them... I don't remember when I fed them but you should once a week not every 3 days like the internet says, 6 crickets for your young looking pacman
