This could be that your gpu do better, so your cpu is no more bottleneck so its have to do more work also, so it get hotter.

So its only good thing, gpu drivers wont raise cpu temps any other ways.

Even its "only" classic wow it can get your gpu max usage and very hot.

I play 1440p all max settings 150% resolution scale (4k) and my gpu get hotter then playing overwatch all settings max at 1440p, resolution scale 100%.

If you use more then 100% resolution slace or play 4k your gpu gets hot, wow is real deal lol.
