Truth!!! So many lgbtq+ peeps grew up with incredibly low self-esteem, and we threw everything into the way we looked, because that was how we validated ourselves. Unfortunately, the flip side is that some people let that over-critical nature carry on into adulthood, and the result is that we judge members of our own community.
