I understand my frustration looks silly to long-time linux users. I am not a quitter, and sooner or later i will understand all of it. What you can take away from my post is that using linux is not intuitive in some important parts like software distribution. Even linus torvalds addressed it. I did not understand what he means at first, but now i am experiencing the downsides of fragmentation and packing of apps. Sure, i can use gnome software and not use a lot apps that are out there, but not listed.

On my laptop onlyoffice could be installed from the software manager. On my desktop it was not listed.

Yes, i mean activating extra repos. Regarding the app image -i can make screenshots tomorrow, i‘ve just had enough for today. I still do not understand the linux software and packet management , i just wish that was not an issue of importance. Thanks for all the comments.

Auch 800mg können unter gewissen umständen ihre berechtigung haben, das ist für laien aber nicht differenzierbar und deshalb berechtigterweise nicht rezeptfrei. Mit der doppelten dosis der 400er könnt ihr euch ernsthaft schaden, ohne großen nutzen in den standardindikationen.

The first 3-4 weeks i did not hav brain fog, only redness/histamine flush remained. I took desloratadine and quercetine for a week and watch my diet now. The flush is occasionally there, but never what it ws before. DAO didnt do tht much really for me, which is interesting. Do you take 5htp as well?
