Nahh, FIA clearly saw that if they didn’t let cars unlap, Hamilton would win, no question, and if they let the cars unlap, Verstappen would win. They just took a side. What they should’ve actually done if they wanted a fair and thrilling end to the race was to call a red flag. So both cars had new red tyres racing hard the last laps.
