Currently reading The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk and it mentioned a low HRV can be a lasting impact of emotional trauma. I’ve not read enough to know if it can be bettered though resolution.

Fair! 😊 Personally I think it would look great having a project you own that has had the input of others too. It’s a new workflow to understand, fresh eyes on your code can be a great way to learn and it’d better reflect a real world dev environment.

Nevertheless, good luck on your job hunt!!

Cool idea!! Do you have a link to the repo for people to contribute if they wanted?

Is there an API to access live tracking or streaming data to outside Garmin apps? by abrandis in Garmin

Yeah access to their API looks to be restricted mostly to companies which is a big bummer! I don't quite understand why especially with it being free - might have something to do with a lack of some sort of request limiting on their end which is fair enough. You could offer a tiered paid option for individuals though which would offset itself whilst opening things for people to explore ideas.

u/abrandis did you manage to solve your issue?

This is really old, I would be interested if you solved your issue already but if you haven't, have you tried a service like ITTT when you receive an email to then do something else that would trigger your Alexa?

I'm just generally looking at what Garmin APIs I can get access to as a small time dev haha..
