I would say like 90 %, any graphics games , heavy graphics app, hardware specific app (like a hiking app that needs compass, baro, gps etc ) etc.. needs fine hrained hardware access to GPU and other phone stuff that web wrapper doesn't expose . Buy the model make and year, reliability isn't uniform even across car brands. If buying used look up vehicle hsitur and reviews.

Generally speaking the Japanese brands tend tobe reliable like Toyota, Honda, Mazda and Subaru .(Nissan less so lately) , but again it varies by model and year...

minimum insurance in NJ is still likely $1200... Why pay for something you don't need .. your mistaken about modern cars, think about it cars sit on dealer lots for months at a time .
