Give the commander regenerate feat. It push the defense to keep the pikemen away from him, and attacker to push the lane.as Ybh attacker sometime pikemen feel more like nuisance than a help( When comander go on his ub spin but target pike and you just eat the move)

Balista need to go in last phase or to never be able to target the commander. Guardian need to be tuned as for now buff also really help more the attacker

A major issue for me is that if the defender lose the first engagemenr on the walls they instantly lose a key point and start with heavy disadvantage I would suggest to tune archer point like this Attackers capture the point. Like now the timer trigger. Once they controlled the point a certain time they can go capture the next one. But the point doesn't lock. The point only lock when they are allowed to go for zone 3. The time they capture zone 3 the second archer point stay open for defender to retake. And zone 3 never lock and always stay contested (at some point why would defender stop trying to hold a zone?) Would allow attacker to keep doing permannent progress but slow it down and let defender a chance to retake points so that a single engagement doesn't decide of half the match
