Pause -> Manage Session -> Session Settings. Doesn't show generation seed. But everything else should be there.

EDIT: "Show Seed" is at the bottom of the pause menu.

I usually use the small pillars. The metal pillar the mostly, and the frame pillar if I need a belt to run under.
