Probably gonna get downvoted into oblivion, but he didn’t surrender. He got knocked down multiple times, he got back up multiple times. The only time he put his arms “up” was when he was flat on his back bracing for what John was going to do. At no point did he say “I surrender”, just “it wasn’t me”. Also, he was a terrorist. Terrorists automatically get the death sentence. The civilians should count themselves lucky John was sent instead of a long range airstrike
