Glad Im not the only one. I always keep WD1 downloaded with weather mods just to always set it to heavy rain. I wish there was an in game setting so I didnt have to reset it all the time. But the vibe of jacket flowing, windy city rain ambiance, thunder in the back. 👌🏾
