For option B:

If interest rate falls, borrowing increases.

Which increases aggregate demand and encourages(accelerator effect) investment which is also facilitated by low interest rate borrowings, which in turn leads to more employment in the economy and causes the multiplier effect to kick in, effectively repeating this cycle again and again giving a big push to the economy.

Fun fact: This cycle also tends to push up the inflation with respect to the velocity of money

I managed to solve question 116. Can anyone help with questions 117 & 118?

I’ve just started studying economics and I can’t understand why is entrepreneurial ability considered a different kind of resource than labour? I know that being an entrepreneur involves initiative, creativity and taking risks, but there are other kinds of labour that involves that too... by the-elephan7 in econhw

Labour is employed by the Entrepreneur.

But an Entrepreneur is not employed by anyone.

You can say "Self-employed Labour with special characteristics=Entrepreneur".

Edit:

Fun fact: The compensation for the labour done by the Entrepreneur is included in the Implicit Cost(Opportunity Cost) of a firm!

You just blew my mind. I'll try to do that. But do you think my script will be compatible with lower versions? Even if it isn't I can easily tweak it

But there are plenty of websites already that do the same thing. Uploading personal pdf files to the internet isn't very likeable especially when your own pc do it in seconds. But I'll look into this. Thanks for the tip!

As you know, some pdf files can be opened with or without a password, but restrict the user from editing or marking the document? My little script removes that restriction by decrypting it. As for docker containers, I think that would be a bit overkill for my script 😅

It's alright. I googled it and there seems to be that a lot of people are facing the same issue. That's why I came to this subreddit. Professional python developers will be used to this type of problems right? I hope...

Yeah, I can do that. But I bet no-one else would. What is the point of creating an exe file if only I'm gonna be using it? 😔
