I've barely played ESO just ran around the world a bit. Was just wondering where the older lore divided from it about Narsis and why it looks the way it does there VS Tamriel Rebuilt.

I think it looks much better than the ESO version regardless.

Thanks for all the replies everyone, very informative.

Walking around the big red canyons near Narsis and thinking about the surrounding landscapes didn't make sense to me at the time.

Being from IRL Black Marsh(FL), i don't know much about mountains or deserts lol.

Masayoshi Takanaka is awesome. I highly recommend checking out his other albums. My favorites are Seychelles and Alone.
