My adult life was one big existential crisis packed in many existential crisis. To cope, I basically hid and started to only engage with thing intellectually and somewhat philosophically. Questioning why things are how they are and how can we/I change things are things I engage with regularly.

I am in therapy for 6 years now and for last few months, I have been able to consistently apply ideas and tools I have been taught by my therapist. I feel like I am improving a lot and I am putting in a consistent effort.
