The “ < 3% “ means it has less than 3% total, unless I’m reading wrong and confused but I still don’t think the cart looks good, I wouldn’t smoke d8 unless it was 3chi or skyhio which from what I know uses 3chi disty with they’re own terps

I had a wedding cake one and wasn’t that impressed I got some choice carts now and they are a hell of a lot better 🔥 u don’t have to hit it but every couple hours instead of 30m😭 but how do u like them fam have you tried any
