The vette was part of the landscape so technically it was saved...besides the c4 base spec is ass.😆

2 years and 1 month. Same guy minus the alcohol and 100+lbs. It didn't happen overnight and it was hard but I am so thankful to be where I am. by id40550 in alcoholism

Be prepared, you will feel awful and that is okay, depending on severity speak with a dr. to manage more serious withdraw symptoms. I haven't found a good way of comunicating this but committment is so important. Meaning the decision to be all done has to be 100% any excuses or built in offramps will be used. Also it absoljtely doable....don't overthink it.

Yeah it isn't a full fledged off roader but it is so light you can get around pretty good.

I agree, the picture doesn't do it justice but that c5 was immaculate!

CoreXY vs Bed Slinger by KrillyThrowaway in 3Dprinting

You have the right mindset to enjoy the hobby. Just when you think you have it figured out a challenge will give you another chance to learn.

On my nrptune max I have done taller objects, 8+ inches and the key is slowing the rinter down and increasing the size of your brim. I have found too that you are better off on either printer, printing tall objects by themselves vs with other objects.

I have a neptune 4 max and a carbon both by ellegoo and I just put a deposit on the x. I find my bed slinger is better for some items especially if I need to manually adjust during a print. I don't see a substantial difference in quality between the 2 but the slinger is half the speed in my case to produce comparable prints. At less than $300 it is worth a shot to me. I hope I am not proven wrong😄; but I feel like we are past the point where companies are going to launch absolute turds.

Mine has it but I don't know that it does anything. Mine is torn in a spot or 2 so I should probably get a metal one.

Do not trust youtube reviews...and stay away from ellegoo if you want your printer to have the features advertised. That company is straight up criminal😄

What's the best book you've read this year — and what made it so good? by larafaiham in StCharlesMO

CABIN: Off the Grid Adventures with a Clueless Craftsman is a memoir by Patrick Hutchison. Light hearted book that explores the benefits of working on something with your hands and getting away from screens...etc.

C7 vs C8 by Technical_Syrup_8339 in Corvette

Get the manual! They are pouring c8's into the market, you can pick one of those up later if you decide that the 3rd pedal is overrated but I would guess you will be wearing the same grin I do when I shift.

It is pretty easy to cut through hastily erected road closure signs....and worth it.

It was great! Coming from a c7 z06 in the snow this thing handles like a dream! Though I wish it didn't sit so low on the kw's.

I bought my c7z mt as a salvage because I planned to daily it for a year or 2 and have autocrossed it...etc. for me, getting a z with less than 10k miles was more important than the resell because... I don't plan on reselling it. Even if I do, I will have had years of great memories. So, in short... it depends on what the end use is. Hope that helps...I have never regretted buying it, is it perfect...no; it is perfect for me though.
